Gardion blocks the main Windows bypass methods and alerts parents to tampering. New methods are added through updates.
Known VPN apps on the blocklist cannot connect.
Safe Mode launches are detected and the parent is notified.

No protection is absolute. Gardion makes bypassing the rules much harder and shows parents when a child tries to tamper with them.
Free is genuinely free with no time limit, but it's deliberately the bare minimum: 1 PC, one shared daily limit and real blocking — so you can see for yourself that the protection works. Breaks, schedules, per-app limits, Android and anti-bypass are already in Family. Free is a way to try it out; ongoing protection needs a paid plan.
